Studio Tecnico Rainieri at Cremona Circuit: Fire Prevention and Safety for the Superbike World Championship
From 25 to 27 September 2026, Cremona Circuit in San Martino del Lago (Cremona) hosted the EICMA Italian Round, the tenth round of the WorldSBK World Championship. This international event saw Studio Tecnico Rainieri involved in fire prevention activities and in the safety management of the event.

Fire prevention procedures and the authorisation process
The Studio’s work covered the preparation of the fire prevention design and the fire safety SCIA (certified notice of start of activity), together with all the documentation required for the event’s authorisation process.
Studio Tecnico Rainieri also handled relations with the authorities involved and prepared the documentation for the Provincial Supervisory Commission for Public Entertainment Venues, which operates within the Prefecture. This preparatory and technical work supported the organisation of the event.
Michele Rainieri’s role in event safety
Alongside the design and documentation work, the Studio was also present on site during the event. Michele Rainieri served as Safety Manager, overseeing operations within the GOS – Safety Operations Group.
A role that requires coordination with the many parties involved in the event and close attention to the implementation of the planned measures, connecting the preparatory work with management in the field.

Supporting motorcycle racing at Cremona Circuit
Studio Tecnico Rainieri’s activities at Cremona Circuit covered both the Italian Speed Championship (CIV) and the round of the 2026 Superbike World Championship. In both contexts, technical preparation, relations with the authorities and operational coordination are essential to ensuring the safety of the events.
A weekend that will go down in Italian motorcycling history: right here at Cremona, Nicolò Bulega, riding the Aruba.it Racing Ducati, was crowned 2026 Superbike World Champion with two rounds still to go. He is the second Italian rider to win the Superbike world title, after Max Biaggi.
From design to operational management
The experience at Cremona Circuit reflects Studio Tecnico Rainieri’s approach to safety at major events: combining design expertise, management of regulatory procedures and on-site presence, supporting the organisers through every phase of the event.
A commitment that turns prevention into concrete action, from preparing the documentation to coordination during the event.
