Safety in Entertainment Venues: the successful case of Astrolabio in Parma

In recent days, the Astrolabio dance club in Parma successfully passed the official inspections carried out by the authorities responsible for safety and fire prevention. A result that did not come by chance, but from the owner’s decision to rely on a precise technical and documentary process, guided by Studio Rainieri.

This means having identified critical issues in advance, avoided sanctions and problems, and above all having placed what truly matters at the center: people’s peace of mind, families’ trust, staff protection, and business continuity.

The inspection, told by our on-site expert:

“On January 23, 2026, while preparations were underway for the annual evacuation drill, the venue was subject to an inspection by the Carabinieri and Municipal Police regarding fire prevention.
The checks focused on emergency exit routes, fire reaction certificates for materials and furnishings, sound-absorbing materials installed along escape routes, and the correct functioning of panic bars. A functional test of the IRAI fire alarm system was also requested and proved compliant, as well as a review of the previous year’s evacuation drill, which was positively assessed for its structure and management.
The inspection concluded with compliments on the overall fire safety system in place.”

This demonstrates that, in public entertainment venues, safety does not have to be a mere bureaucratic requirement: it is a concrete responsibility and a gesture of respect toward those who choose to spend time in these places every day.

Fire prevention, careful management of flows, and proper documentation are more than technical procedures: they are choices that protect lives and preserve the value of businesses.

“Il 23 gennaio 2026, durante la preparazione della prova di evacuazione annuale, il locale è stato oggetto di un controllo da parte di Carabinieri e Vigili Urbani in materia di prevenzione incendi.
Le verifiche hanno riguardato le vie di esodo, i certificati di reazione al fuoco di materiali e arredi, il materiale fonoassorbente installato lungo i percorsi di uscita e il corretto funzionamento dei maniglioni antipanico. È stata inoltre richiesta una prova di attivazione dell’impianto antincendio IRAI, risultata regolare e la verifica della prova di evacuazione dell’anno precedente, valutata positivamente per impostazione e gestione. Il controllo si è concluso con complimenti per il sistema generale di sicurezza antincendio adottato.”

Questo dimostra che nei locali di Pubblico spettacolo la sicurezza può non essere un semplice adempimento burocratico: è una responsabilità concreta, un gesto di rispetto verso chi ogni giorno sceglie di vivere quei luoghi.
