Within the organizational structure of Studio Tecnico Rainieri, a key role is played by its internal organization, which oversees project development and is divided into four Business Units: Health Care (focused on healthcare facilities); Retail (dedicated to large companies and special projects); Special Systems Sector (dealing with systems supporting fire prevention designs); Projects closely tied to the local area and support services (focused on local needs and supporting public authorities);

Davide Ferri is the Head of the “Retail/Large Companies” Business Unit and has been working with Studio Tecnico Rainieri for nearly 20 years. During this time, he has developed expertise in fire prevention design specifically for:

  • Drafting emergency plans and custom fire safety management systems (SGSA)
  • Specialized supervision of fire prevention works to ensure design choices are properly implemented
  • Designing and verifying fire water networks
  • Designing fire safety systems using the most advanced available technologies
  • Conducting case-specific analyses with engineering methods (FSE)
  • Certifying the completed works
  • Providing full assistance with regulatory bodies.

In summary, the Business Unit led by Davide primarily applies this design methodology to large-scale projects in the retail sector (from small retail spaces to maxi-malls), major logistics centers, large industrial plants, and complex specialized facilities.
